1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or our booking system. Please review all booking details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

2. Service Scope

• Private transfers between destinations in Central Vietnam.
• Door-to-door pickup and drop-off services.
• Optional sightseeing stops as agreed in advance.
• Professional local drivers.

3. Pricing

• All prices are quoted per vehicle unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include fuel, tolls, parking fees, and driver expenses.
• Additional charges may apply for extra destinations, waiting time, or itinerary changes requested during the trip.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.
• Respect local laws and regulations.
• Avoid any behavior that may endanger the driver or vehicle.

5. Vehicle & Luggage Policy

• Vehicle selection is based on passenger and luggage requirements.
• Oversized luggage must be declared before departure.
• Additional vehicle upgrades may be required if luggage exceeds vehicle capacity.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Hue Private Car Journeys is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road closures, traffic congestion, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings should be requested as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes subject to vehicle availability.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

9. Liability

While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed flights, missed tours, or personal belongings left in the vehicle.
